Office of Digital Learning creates platform to simplify website content creation – Penn State University

The WCMS offers a user-friendly interface that allows users to easily create and edit web pages without the need for technical expertise. It also includes templates and pre-designed layouts to help users quickly create professional-looking pages. Additionally, the platform includes built-in tools for managing images, videos, and other multimedia content, as well as features for tracking and analyzing website traffic and user engagement.

By simplifying the process of creating and managing website content, the WCMS aims to empower faculty and staff to more effectively communicate with their audiences and showcase the work being done at Penn State. The platform is currently being rolled out to select departments and units across the university, with plans to expand its availability in the future.
